Hormonal Health
Hormones influence everything from energy and mood to skin, metabolism, and long-term health. When they fall out of balance, it can leave you feeling like you are not yourself, and too often, women are told that their symptoms are “normal” and dismissed.
I know this first-hand. My own journey with PCOS showed me how frustrating it can be to feel dismissed in mainstream medicine. I experienced the symptoms, the lack of answers, and the endless trial-and-error. That is why I now specialise in helping others find clarity and support when it comes to their hormonal health.
