“Having genetic testing was one of the most helpful things I have ever done.”

Genetic testing for optimising your health.

Your DNA is your blueprint, but it does not define your destiny.

Genetic health testing (nutrigenomics, or also called epigenetics) uncovers how your body is wired to process nutrients, balance hormones, manage inflammation, and support brain function.

With these insights, we can create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan that works with your biology, not against it.

Why consider genetic testing?

Many people feel stuck with ongoing symptoms, despite trying diets, supplements, or exercise plans. Genetic testing removes the guesswork by showing us:
How your body handles nutrients such as vitamins, fats, and carbohydrates.
Which supplements or medications are most likely to be effective for you, and which may be less beneficial or harder to tolerate.
Whether you are more sensitive to stress, caffeine, or alcohol.
Your unique risks around mood, hormones, and metabolism.
Your potential predisposition to conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s, so we can put protective strategies in place early - This type of testing was also highlighted in Limitless with Chris Hemsworth, where he explored how genetic insights can help reduce long-term health risks.
What kind of training and recovery your muscles respond best to.
This is not diagnostic testing. It provides strategic insights that can be applied to support your long-term health, performance, and mental wellbeing. Knowing where your vulnerabilities lie gives you the power to act sooner, make smarter choices, and take meaningful steps to protect your future health.

How it helps?

For brain and mental health.
Understand why you may be more prone to anxiety, low mood, or brain fog.
Explore dopamine and serotonin pathways that affect focus, motivation, and resilience.
Identify genetic sensitivities to stress or addictive behaviours.
Highlight predispositions to conditions such as ADHD, dementia, or mood disorders, so we can support and protect brain health proactively.
For hormones and metabolism.
Learn how your genes influence blood sugar, weight regulation, and thyroid health.
See whether you carry variations that affect fertility, perimenopause, or hormone balance.
Tailor your diet and supplements to reduce risks linked to family history.
For sports and performance.
Discover your muscle fibre type (fast or slow twitch) to optimise training for strength or endurance.
Reveal your genetic risk of injury or slower recovery.
Personalise nutrition to reduce inflammation, improve cardiovascular capacity, and speed up recovery.
“I’ve struggled with my weight for a long time and I actually cried after our initial appointment when she agreed that being overweight probably wasn’t just down to what I was eating and the relief someone ‘believed’ me that I wasn’t stuffing my face was joyful. After a series of genetic testing, I felt I finally had some answers and a plan expertly explained and guided by Natasha. I have currently lost 2 stone and hope to loose another 2 Stone but gradually and healthily as I have done so far.”

Why work with me

Many online genetic tests provide raw data or a generic report that leaves people unsure how to use the information. My role is to interpret your results in the context of your life, including your health history and goals. The real value is not just in the test, but in what we do with the results together.

Genetics shows us your potential. Epigenetics shows how your choices, such as diet, sleep, movement, and stress management, shape how those genes are expressed.

Think of your DNA as a seed. It holds potential, but how it grows depends on the soil, water, and sunlight. Genetic testing provides the seed, and together we shape the environment.

“I can't recommend Natasha highly enough! She has a wonderful ability to take what could be a very complicated subject and explain it clearly, making the whole process feel personal to me. Natasha helped me understand so much that I didn’t know before.

As for the DNA test itself, I wish I had done it sooner—it provides incredible insight into so many aspects of my health, including nutrition, exercise, and more. The personalised plan Natasha put together afterward with supplements and lifestyle recommendations, has been an absolute game-changer.”
